How We Run It

What instructing us looks like

Every matter differs. These are the steps this practice takes as a matter of course, before anything is filed.

  • Bail argued against the statute's own test — the PMLA and NDPS twin conditions are not the CrPC test and cannot be argued as if they were.

  • Documents and digital evidence examined for how they were seized, because how decides whether they are admissible.

  • Parallel proceedings — departmental, regulatory, civil — managed so that an answer in one does not become an admission in another.

Bring the papers, or send them on WhatsApp. The first conversation is about what can actually be done, how long it takes, and what it will cost — before you commit to anything.
